As well as being an accomplished lawyer, Stephen has a pedigree as a musician. He has a wealth of experience and connections in the music industry, having toured and recorded extensively with the Mighty Wah! alongside Pete Wylie on hits including the Story of the Blues, playing guitar and piano and as a vocalist. He has also worked with many other signed artists. Stephen comes from a family of musicians; his dad was a member of Merseybeat group, the Mojos, and his cousin, Mark O’Toole, is a former member of Frankie Goes to Hollywood and co-author of many of their major hit records. Stephen still finds time to pursue his passion for music, writing, playing and recording with his own group.
